Family meant everything to Lew, he was very involved in his great grandchildren's life (Ariana and Alexa, from granddaughter Angela). They miss him very much. They called him grandpa. There wasn't anything he and Lorraine wouldn't do for them. They visited them often and had them over the house for holidays and birthdays. I have a warm spot in my heart for Lew. My grandchildren, his great grandchildren, will forever remember his love for them. Rest now Lew and be with Norma.

Lew, you will be greatly missed. You made Lorraine very happy for the few years you were together and we know she did for you also. We will be forever grateful to you for putting a smile on her face and laughter in her heart. Keep playing those spoons Lew .

Lewis Joslyn was a dear family friend who passed away earlier this month. He was a childhood friend of my father's (Norm Brown), who had a quick wit and a warm heart. The relationship he had with my dad was more like a brother; Lew was like an uncle to me. His beautiful wife Norma was a saint; she was loving with open arms. This rubbed off on their son Glen, who I looked up to from the time I was able to say his name. Their door was always open to our family and they all share a warm spot in our hearts. I was fortunate to spend time with Lew before his passing. He and his son Glen, invited me to their home in NH in November even though Lew was not feeling well. His eyes would light up every time he told a story about his incredible past, stories that went well into the evening. Lew enjoyed many different careers over the course of his 92 years, and lived a life many dream about. We are all sad indeed, and we will remember him fondly for the rest of our lives. RIP Lew, Tom

To Lew's family and all those who loved him
I am grateful to have known him and sorry for you loss.
Lew did much more than document the work so many of us did building the Lannon and Story back in 1996-97-98. His nearly constant presence, companionship, and calming demeanor helped get me through it. He is one of those many individual's whom, it simply would not have happened without. I think of him often and the lessons I learned from him will be with me always.

I will never forget the enjoyment you gave to me all these years, Lew. You are a special caring man and got me through many rough times and cancer. I only regret that I was not able to take care of you over the last few months and that we could have been together many more years. You are with your love (Norma) now. I will always have that special place in my heart for you. Rest in peace. "Knickers"
