Emile A. Lacerte, Sr.

ALLENSTOWN- Mr. Emile A. Lacerte, Sr., 70, of Allenstown, passed away peacefully at home on March 26, 2020.

Born in Manchester, Emile was the son of the late Bertrand L. and Irene J. (Gonthier) Lacerte.  He was raised and educated in Manchester and attended Manchester schools.  He enlisted in the United States Marines and served his country for four years.

Prior to his retirement, Emile was the co-owner of Joe-Lee Last Co. for 18 years.  He later went to work with New England Plumbing & Heating along with his brother.

Emile enjoyed yard work, car shows, repairing small engines and was an avid NASCAR fan.  He will be greatly missed.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 50 years, Patricia W. (Rainville) Lacerte, who passed away in July of 2019, his daughter, Tammy Lacerte, and his sister, Lillian Ahern.

He is survived by his two sons: Emile Lacerte, Jr. and his wife Heidi of Weare and Bill Lacerte and his wife Tammy of Pembroke.  He is also survived by his six grandchildren Jordan, Courtney, Brittney, Justin, Lexi and Jake and 1 great grandchild on the way.  He was the brother to Robert Lacerte, Yvette Clark, Gerard Lacerte and Elaine Szepan.
