It breaks my heart to lose Dr. Keyes! She was my primary care doctor at DH since the start of her tenure there. She always made me feel important to her. I always felt that she cared. She was warm, loving and professional at the same time. She used to talk with me about her Maxine. She was so proud of her! I miss Nanyee so much!! Know that she is remembered with great love.

I am so sorry and shocked to hear of the passing of Dr. Keyes. She was wonderful! I truly loved her as my physician. After moving from the Nashua area, I have continued to drive to Nashua from the Lakes Region for the past five years, for my health care, just because I loved her care and compassion. I am glad I got to tell her that the week before her passing. I am truly saddened by her passing and my sincere condolences go out to her family. She was such a blessing. Jennifer

My heart is broken over the loss of this amazing woman, physician and friend. I have been a patient of Dr. Keyes since she began practice in 1999. As many others have said, she provided me with so much more than just great medical care. She comforted me through some of the most difficult times of my life. She was the first doctor I ever gave a hug. I feel blessed to have been a part of her life and so grateful to have seen her last month for one more hug. I will miss her more than words can say and will always be thankful for the incredible value she added to my life. Rest in peace my gentle doctor. Much love.

I was so shocked to hear this sad news. I met Many we the first day she came to DH in the IMED section on East Hollis St. She was so sweet and a pleasure to work with for the next several years and again in at our new sight the last few years. Nanyee and I discussed our families often and she talked of how proud she was of her husband, son and daughter. She asked about my grandchildren and was always intetested as we talked of their accomplishments. She will be missed terribly by her coworkers and patients alike. God will watch over her now.

It is in these difficult times that we find ourselves faced with much sorrow. Dr. Keyes was a very special person, who touched my life with her professionalism and personal attention, since becoming my PCP in 2000. She shared with me many stories about her family; how she met her husband, what she wanted for Christmas, and all about her dear children. She was always a positive person. I will greatly miss this great guiding light that has now too soon gone out. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and her friends. Having just lost my mother in May, I know what it is like to lose a mother. I understand the feeling of being lost and not being able to process what has happened. I know in time, when you are ready, peace will come. You will never forget her, but each passing day, the pain and sorrow will become easier to live with. Remember her love, life, and the happy moments you shared. I will do the same. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers! -Roy Brian Du Bois

Philip, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember many pictures of Nanyee's smiling face, especially on the back of your motorcycle or at our NEMBA events. You've been blessed to have her and your children in your life. The first months after your loss are the hardest. We never get over the ones we love the most, but we learn to live with our loss. I still speak with my son, Douglas, on a regular basis though he has been gone for 16 years now. I trust Nanyee will be with you always as you need her. You talk, and she will listen. Best to your family. Don Myers

My deepest condolences to Dr Keyes Family. Having been her great full patient for 16 years. I want to let you know she was the the finest Dr I have ever had. Last Year I had stress issues and chose to leave my family and go cross country. Realizing it wasn't the right thing to do,I was alone frightened on a bus Mid West and no clue to where I was going or why. Not knowing where to turn I always had a good rapport with Dr Keyes. I left a message with her and hours later she reached out to me and talked and listened and made me realize I was just over stressed and emotionally wrought with all the personal things . She made me feel so safe and went out of her way to make sure I was safe and got me the care I needed in Ohio till a week later I was back home to my family . Thank you Nanye for caring and bringing me back home. Sad that I will never see your smiling face. Take care and God Bless you all.

I had the wind knocked out of me this week. I went in for my INR and the nurse told my that my primary care doctor Nanyee Keyes had passed away. I’ve been going to Dr. Keyes for at least 16 years. When I was feeling run down and couldn’t figure out why she was the one who found my arrhythmia. She sent me to Boston because that’s where I was seen for my heart condition since the begining. They were amazed that she even found it because it didn’t look like your normal EKG strip for that condition. They also said if I went any longer like this I probably wouldn’t be here.
This lovely woman saved my life. She was a bright light in an otherwise not so fun place to be. I will miss her dearly.

Words cannot express my sadness. Remember all the joyful moments you shared and may it help you in the midst of your sorrow.

It is impossible for me to come up with the words to express our sorrow for your loss. Please accept these words with the hope that you can embrace our understanding of your devastation. With all our love. The Wojcik Family

My deepest condolence to your family and friends during the most difficult time. There are no words that can ease the pain of losing a loved one. May you find peace and comfort in know that they are in God's memory and he assures us that we will experience the joy of seeing them live again here on this earth. (Job 14:14, 15)
