Malette" />Doris A. “Maryann” Malette, 61, of North Pembroke Road, died Thursday, February 16, 2012, at Hyder Family Hospice in Dover after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Born in Irvington, NJ on August 21, 1950, Doris was the daughter of Edward Seman, Sr. and the late Helen (Rozycki) Seman.  

Until she was forced to retire because of her illness, Doris had been employed as a court assistant for the State of NH.  In addition, she volunteered her time and talent as lector, secretary, bookkeeper, and general office manager for Holy Rosary Church in Hooksett.

Doris loved Cape Cod and all the things associated with it, the sea air, beaches, lighthouses, and even the gulls.

In addition to her father who lives in Holden, MA, Doris is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Malette of Concord; a sister, Evelyn Sullivan and her husband Robert of Worcester, MA; and a brother, Edward Seman, Jr. of Sturbridge, MA.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_114780.jpg" alt="Arlene A. Hamlin" />Arlene A. Hamlin, 74, a resident of the Allenstown-Pembroke area since the early 1970’s, died Monday, February 6, 2012, at CRVNA Hospice House.

The daughter of the late Margaret Ash, Arlene was born on May 24, 1937 in Concord.  and graduated from Concord High School in 1955.

A homemaker, Arlene was everybody’s mother and a friend to all. She loved her pets and enjoyed decorating her home.

She was the widow of Donald Hamlin, who died in 1992, and is survived by two sons, Stanley Hamlin and his wife Lyn of Pembroke, and Thomas Hamlin and his wife Heather of Concord; and two grandchildren, Bobby Perez and Joe Romano.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_114781.jpg" alt="Muriel O. Baillargeon" />Muriel O. (St. Germain) Baillargeon, 70, died Friday, February 3, 2012at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester after a battle with cancer.

Muriel was born in Springfield, MA on May 21, 1941. She was the daughter of Nazaire and Juliette (McClure) St. Germain. She moved to the Hooksett area after high school and then to Allenstown after her marriage to Donald L. Baillargeon, who died in 1996.

She was a retired employee of Sprague Electric Company in Concord, where she had worked for many years. She also enjoyed wintering in Ft. Myers, FL. 

She is leaves nieces, nephews and cousins as well as her companion of many years, Werner Renfftlen of Danville.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_114426.jpg" alt="Kevin Mark Rook" />Kevin Mark Rook, 51, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012, following a long, courageous battle with cancer.

Born in West Palm Beach, FL on February 29, 1960, Kevin was the son of Ronald C. and Lois (Stevens) Rook.  He was an Eagle Scout, member of Troop 270 in Pembroke and graduated from Pembroke Academy in 1978, where he was a member of the Academy band.  He also played saxophone with the Twisty Gerber Band.

Kevin was President of Perimeter Technology in Manchester.

He enjoyed snowmobiling with his friends, gardening in his yard, fixing up his home, and entertaining and cooking for his many friends.

He was predeceased by his father, Ronald in 1991.  He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa (Bohemier) Rook of Hooksett; his mother Lois of Pembroke; his brother Kerry of Boscawen; and his sister, Kelli and her husband Paul Lazar of Boston, MA.  He also leaves a nephew, Jon Rook of San Juan, Puerto Rico; and 4 nieces, Jacy Rook of Boscawen, and Kara, Katy, and Kori Lazar of Boston. In addition, Kevin leaves a large extended family and many friends.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_114425.jpg" alt="Eva White" />Eva L. (Beard) White, 83, of Holly Street, died Monday, January 30, 2012, at the Concord Hospital after a long illness.

Born on January 13, 1929 in Pembroke, Eva was the daughter of Benjamin and Ida (Collier) Beard.  She was raised and spent her early life in Pembroke before she moved to Concord where she lived for 60 years. Mrs. White retired after 27 years as a claims adjuster from Blue Cross – Blue Shield in Concord.

She was a former member of the Grange and spent many summers fostering Fresh-Air youngsters.  She was an avid Red Sox fan and loved puzzles and reading.

Eva was the widow of Rudolph “Rudy” White, who died in 2007 and was also predeceased by a son, Benjamin White and a grandson.

She is survived by 3 sons, Derrick Robbins of Franklin, Scott White of Weare, and Michael White of Newport; 6 step-children; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Mrs. White was one of 9 children and leaves only one brother, Paul Beard of Candia; and nieces and nephews.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_114002.jpg" alt="Alice R. Mondoux" />Miss Alice R. Mondoux, 91, a lifelong Allenstown resident, died Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at her home on Main Street .

Born in Allenstown on March 4, 1920, Alice was the daughter of Emile and Georgianna (Bosse) Mondoux.  She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church.

Prior to her retirement, Alice worked for New England Buff.  She enjoyed landscaping and was often found trimming and pruning the shrubs and trees in her yard. 

Members of her family include 2 nephews, Gerard Mondoux of Pembroke and Lucien Mondoux of Epsom; and a niece, Janine Paquette of Allenstown.

There are no calling hours.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 AM at St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown.  Spring burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_113684.jpg" alt="Roger J. Lascelle" />Mr. Roger J. Lascelle, 92, a longtime resident of 225 Tarrytown Road, died Monday, January 23, 2012, at his daughter’s home on Fisherville Road in Concord.

Born in St. Bonaventure D’Upton, PQ, Canada, on November 3, 1919, Mr. Lascelle was the son of Herve and Blanche (Parenteau) Lascelle.  He graduated from St. Ann’s Hermitage in Poughkeepsie, NY and attended the Marist Training Center until 1941.

In September 1942, Mr. Lascelle enlisted with the US Marines.  In his three years of service he earned the rank of Sergeant and participated in action at Iwo Jima, Okinawa, and the Asiatic-Pacific arena.

He worked for a time at Textron and then for Quinn Freight Lines as their billing agent before his retirement.

Mr. Lascelle had served as an Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist for the sick and homebound through St. Anthony Church in Manchester.

His wife of 65 years, Frances (Connor) Lascelle, died a little over two months ago on November 19, 2011.  He is survived by 4 children, Rev. Roger Lascelle of Denver, CO, Robert Lascelle of Essex Junction, VT, Denise Eiteljorge of Indianapolis, IN, and Diane Katz of Concord; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; a sister, Muriel Courchesne of Manchester; a brother, Gerald Lascelle of Manchester; and nieces and nephews..  Mr. Lascelle also leaves many good friends at the Manchester Housing on Tarrytown Road.

The son of Samuel and Elodie (Ouellette) Caron, Nelson was born in Fort Kent, ME on June 22, 1924.  He’d lived in Farmington and Manchester before making his home in Allenstown where he has been a resident for the past 34 years.

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Caron had worked for himself clearing building lots for a variety of developers, including Public Service of NH. He then spent 36 years as a property manager for Eastpoint.  When he had some free time, he loved to ride - his favorite destination - the beach.
 
He is survived by his wife of 64 years Rita (Lang) Caron of Allenstown; 4 children, Lucille McEnany and her husband Marc of Northport, FL, Pauline Abeels and her husband Austin, and Robert Caron and his wife Roberta all of Manchester, and Raymond Caron of Melbourne, FL; 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a brother, Laurent Caron and his wife Cecile of Claire, New Brunswick, Canada; and nieces and nephews.  Mr. Caron was predeceased by a daughter, Suzanne Carrier in 2007 and a sister, Rita Deschenes.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_112581.jpg" alt="Blanche Boisvert" />Mrs. Blanche (Desrosiers) Boisvert, 94, a longtime resident of the Pembroke – Allenstown community, died Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at the Concord Hospital.

The daughter of Joseph and Josephine (Bosse) Desrosiers, Blanche was born in Allenstown on June 30, 1917.  She was a weaver for the Suncook Mills and after her retirement had worked for the Eagle Convalescent Center in Concord.

Mrs. Boisvert was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Suncook Valley VFW Post.  She loved playing Bingo in her spare time.

Blanche was the widow of Herve Boisvert, who died in 1974.  She was also predeceased by siblings, Annette Bouchard, Yvonne Lavoie, and Joseph, Herve, and Doria Desrosiers.  Mrs. Boisvert is survived by her brother, Roger Desrosiers of Manchester; 3 sisters, Rita Laroche of Allenstown, Jeannine Brasley of Concord, and Doris Guertin of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.

Born in Pittsfield on February 20, 1922, Rita was the daughter of Antonio and Oliva (Bouchard) Drolet.  She was raised in Pittsfield and moved to the Suncook area in 1943 after her marriage to Percy Laberge.  Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Laberge had worked for Stop &amp; Shop.

She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church and a member of the St. Therese Rosebush Society.

She was the widow of Percy Laberge, who died in 2003 and to whom she had been married 60 years.  Mrs. Laberge is survived by her son, Dennis Laberge of Manchester; a grandson, Kevin Laberge of Chicago, IL; and nieces and nephews.
